San Diego taxpayers would reap a savings of $24 million over ten years and $232 million over 50 years should the City redevelop the Civic Center instead of continuing to lease expensive offsite office space and making costly band-aid repairs to the existing facility, under an agreement I announced on June 24.

“The Bilderbergers” is not the title of the newest Dan Brown novel. But it IS the name of a highly secretive society of “the world’s best financial minds” – like Henry Kissinger,Baron Rothschild, and the presidents of NATO, the World Bank and the Federal Reserve – that you need to know about.

The aim of the Bilderbergers, when they met at an exclusive resort in Sitges, Spain, is nothing less than saving the planet from financial ruin.

Fox commentator Mike Huckabee tells The New Yorker why he is opposed to gay rights.

“I do believe that God created male and female and intended for marriage to be the relationship of the two opposite sexes,” the Baptist minister said. “Male and female are biologically compatible to have a relationship. We can get into the ick factor, but the fact is two men in a relationship, two women in a relationship, biologically, that doesn’t work the same.”

Some people might wonder how Huckabee knows God’s intentions.
