Some of the fan favorites return in "Project Runway All Stars," premiering tonight, plus new episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" and "NY Ink."

9 pm: Grey's Anatomy on ABC (1 hr) NEW
A car accident leaves the eldest daughter of a family to make serious decisions about her siblings and parents. Lexie has to work alongside Mark's new girlfriends during an eye surgery.

9 pm: Project Runway All Stars on Lifetime (1 hr) NEW
Austin Scarlett, Mondo Guerra, Rami Kashou and Michael Costello return in the all-star version of the hit reality show. For this version the contestants will be mentored by Marie Claire editor-in-chief Joanna Coles and judged by designers Georgina Chapman, Isaac Mizrahi and supermodel Angela Lindvall.

9 pm: NY Ink on TLC (1 hr) NEW
Ami throws a party to celebrate the shop's success but things turn sour when Megan invites Chris and doesn't ask for Ami's permission. Jessica continues to work towards becoming a tattoo artist.
