All Hillcrest residents (both renters and owners) are invited to the monthly Hillcrest Town Council meeting to learn about the community and get involved. HTC meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Joyce Beers Community Center in the Uptown District Shopping Center.

To provide a voice & enhance the quality of life for Hillcrest renters & homeowners while supporting actions that benefit our neighborhood
