PFLAG holds monthly meetings, generally with a short educational program after the support group. Support groups provide a safe, friendly place where, in small groups, parents can voice their concerns about homosexuality. Similarly, gay people can speak of their efforts and experiences in seeking parental understanding and acceptance.

PFLAG's North County Coastal group meets on the first Monday of every month at 7 pm at the First Presbyterian Church (in the choir room) in Oceanside.
