Boot~ique with VIDEO: Short bootcamp circuit for strong legs

Sarah, one of our fantastic personal trainers and our bootcamp instructor for the Scripps Ranch and La Jolla areas, shows you how to get a great leg workout in a short amount of time.

We recommend using a band with heavier resistance, so you can really challenge your legs.

To complete one circuit, do each of the four exercises (shown in the video below) for 15 reps each.

Repeat that at least three more times to really challenge your legs.

Remember: 4 exercises x 15 reps x 3 repeats.

With a quick three minute warm up before and a three minute stretch afterwards, you'll be completely done in just 15 minutes!
