Our San Diego personal trainers shows you how to do four exercises that will target your whole body and crush massive calories.
Theses exercises are completed in a circuit with little rest, for maximum calorie crushing and fat burning to make you feel lean and fabulous.
This circuit is just four, quick fat-burning exercises that you do for 50 seconds each, with a 10 second rest, back-to-back.
After you complete a circuit, you can rest for 30-60 seconds and then do it again, to really maximize your workout.
Don't forget to warm up before you execise and to stretch afterwards, for both safety and to prevent injury.
