(SAN DIEGO) The Hillcrest Business Association (HBA) continues its attempt to promote Hillcrest and all its wonders with its recent “Shop Hillcrest for the Holidays Campaign.”

The idea is simple, first businesses donate gift certificates that go into the GRAND PRIZE Hillcrest shopping spree giveaway, then participating businesses give away raffle tickets and the HBA promotes your business during the campaign.
