SAN DIEGO -- Pauline Miriam, founder of Hot Flash Dance Parties, LLC., runs seven very successful monthly women's dances up and down the West Coast.
In fact, you can find Hot Flash or Inferno dances in the following locations: San Diego, Long Beach, San Francisco, Portland, Ore., Eugene, Ore., Tacoma, Wash., and Seattle, Wash.
After seeing over 400 women show up at the San Diego Inferno dance in February, she's ready to bring even more heat to the region, with several other events that are certain to bring the ladies out more than once per month.
If you attended the February dance, check out their photo gallery to see if you got caught in the act dancing your booty off.

March Inferno Dance Party
What better way to get your legs and flirting skills whipped into shape for the Dinah Shore Weekend, than four hours of dancing?
Join the ladies of Inferno on Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 6 - 10 pm. Attendance has tripled since the move to Brass Rail in Hillcrest, this past Fall. February was a smoking good time.
This month, guest DJ Wildfire from Portland, Oregon will be in town to spin up your favorite tunes and keep you dancing the night away with new and old friends.
As a special treat, Kathy Belge (aka Dipstick from Curve Magazine's Lipstick and Dipstick column) will be on hand, covering the party for the Inferno Staff and talking to attendees.
Check out her FIRED UP column on the Inferno website.
Lesbian Singles Bootcamp
Kathy Belge decided to extend her stay and offer San Diego lesbian and bisexual singles a workshop designed just for them. She will impart her wisdom with great tips about dating and finding love.
Called "The basics of lesbian dating," this fun, interactive workshop will give you the confidence you need to improve your dating skills.
It will help you learn where to meet lesbians, how to approach someone you are interested in, offer tips on flirting, first date mistakes to avoid, what to talk about on the first date, and much, much more.
Once the workshop is over, you should be able to project your personality with confidence and find dating easier to tackle.
The special introductory offer is $60 per person, or $100 for two, so bring a friend. You can also get a special discount for signing up at the March Inferno dance.
This event will be on Tuesday, March 7, 2012, at 7 pm. The location and more specifics will be provided upon registration.

An Inferno softball team!?
Inferno will be sponsoring a women's softball team this year in the America's Finest City Softball League (AFCSL), called, Yo Soy Fiesta.
The Spring season starts March 11. Members of the team will be out and about, coming face-to-face with you -- the ones who make Inferno a success -- and showing off their team spirit.

Website and Social Media Expansion
Inferno has been running dance parties for years, but the steam is getting so thick they are turning up the heat and expanding their social media and making their website a destination, too.
If you have never been to their website, check it out, now, by clicking HERE.
Then check back regularly to find out when and where the latest dance parties are across the West Coast and to read the two new monthly columns:
FIRED UP by Kathy Belge (DipStick) where she writes about the ups and downs of online dating. This month she tells of her experience with OkCupid.
SEEN ON THE SCENE by Tracy Hyslop. Tracy spends time interviewing celesbians and other interesting women, so stay tuned. This month she interviews staff videographer and social butterfly, Aurea Astro.
