1202 Nightclub will be the sexiest place to be in town on Saturday night as SDPIX presents Peep Show.

The evening will include sexy burlesque boys and girls who will entertain patrons all night long, as well as decor and vignettes that will turn the space into a wonderland of seductiveness, with music provided by DJ Dawna Montell.

SDPIX staff will be on hand throughout the night handing out free VIP memberships.

You’ll definitely want to stop by Urban Mo’s this Saturday to catch the 4th annual Cocktail Challenge.

Bartender challengers from across town such as Michael Calles, Erica Flores, Rob Baker, Britney Rae, and Justin Nelson will be in the running this year to determine who can concoct the best Stoli-based libation. The winner will advance to the finals being held in Palm Springs on May 30.

TODAY: San Diegans to dine out in support of The Center's HIV/AIDS services

SAN DIEGO -- More than 100 restaurants, bars, and coffeehouses are participating in Dining Out For Life, an annual fundraiser in support the San Diego LGBT Community Center's HIV/AIDS services.

Participating venues pledge to donate at least 25% of the day's sales to the cause, making it very easy for diners to participate - all they have to do is show up and dine out!

SATURDAY: SDPIX presents San Diego's Best Birthday Bash at Babycakes

SAN DIEGO -- SDPIX invites all of San Diego's April "birthday boys and girls" to Babycakes this Saturday evening for the Best Birthday Bash in town!

The monthly event is an adult birthday party starting at 8 pm to celebrate everyone who has their special day this month.

The fun begins at 8 pm and those with April birthdays are encouraged to bring a group of friends along for the party.

Jim Winsor’s Out & About: 1202's “grand opening” livens up the weekend

This weekend, 1202 nightclub in Hillcrest is having a huge “grand opening” celebration.

On Friday, starting at 10 pm, there will be an outrageous party with DJ Schoeny, go-go boys and hotties galore.

Then on Saturday, the opening celebrations continue with DJ Dawna Montel at the turntables, along with a hosted Svedka and Jagermeister bar from 9 to 10 pm with a Facebook or Foursquare check-in.

Babycakes to sell "A Cupcake to Remember" to raise money for San Diego Remembers

SAN DIEGO -- Those with a sweet tooth can do their part to stand up against hate by purchasing the special "A Cupcake To Remember" between now and Oct. 14 at Babycakes.

San Diego Remembers, a local community organization that coordinates a number of anti-hate education activities, has partnered with the cupcake bar to sell the sweet treat as a fundraiser for their programs, including the upcoming fifth annual San Diego Remembers Matthew Shepard March, taking place on Tuesday, Oct. 9.
