SAN DIEGO -- The Uptown Community Parking District will hold elections for three seats on its board of directors at 5 pm Monday, Aug. 13.

The vacancies that need to be filled include one residential seat and one business seat from the Bankers Hill/Park West neighborhood, and one business seat for the Five Points neighborhood.
