Public response to those photos on the company's Facebook page is being used to determine the winner (and there's been a LOT of voting).

COMMUNITY PROFILE: Patrick Wallace

Giving back to the community has always been a part of Patrick Wallace's nature. For years, he has participated in charity events and volunteer opportunities as a way of helping those less fortunate.

Wallace's latest endeavor is A Note To My Kid, which has received national attention for its attempt to make the world a better place for LGBTQ people.

Wallace, who was raised in San Diego, is 36-years old and is happily taken by his partner Mike Curry.

SAN DIEGO -- San Diego Gay & Lesbian News (SDGLN) and HuffPost Gay Voices have agreed to be media partners, and the two LGBT news organizations will share content on the two daily websites that have global readership.

SDGLN Editor in Chief Ken Williams said that the partnership will benefit readers of both websites.
