As a young man, when fish was in a meal equation, I would want to run far far away. The smell and taste were not huge motivators.

Luckily, my taste buds have shifted and fish are now a regular part of my eating routine.

Fish have a plethora of health benefits, including Omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, and vitamin D.

As usual, not all fish are equal in quality and taste.

There are many farmed fish on the market that are given chemicals to color their meat, fed antibiotics, and pellets of chicken feces, as well as corn and soy.
