Look Better Naked: How exercise will improve your appearance and self-esteem

Remember my patient Kim – the one who didn’t sleep with her husband for three years until we balanced her hormones? Look Better Naked: Ladies, take care of your hormonal health

OK, ladies, it’s your turn. If you want to look better naked into your golden years, you must address your hormonal health.

I find in my practice that it’s a bit more challenging to optimize and balance women, which is why I refer to this as a woman’s hormonal symphony. It’s a symphony because if all the instruments (hormones) are playing perfectly (optimal levels) but just ONE is out of key (out of balance), the whole musical piece doesn’t sound right (she doesn’t feel right).

So it’s critical to get ALL hormones into balance in order for a woman to feel right.

Look Better Naked: Sometimes, you need more than cosmetics to feel fabulous

Looking good can be a LOT of work!

Those of you who already pump away at the gym five days a week know what I’m talking about! Or if you’ve shifted your dietary focus to whole, fresh, organic and raw foods, you’re already spending much more time in the kitchen, and at the grocery store, than most. Yes, diet and exercise are pillars of good health.

But what are some of the others? Managing stress, restful sleep, positive thinking … and for some, a spiritual connection. All of these things affect how you look and feel.
