SAN DIEGO – Election Day just got “Luscious” as San Diego Symphony members are coming to the rescue this Nov. 6 to help lighten political tension by playing a few tunes and spreading a touch of whimsy.

On this eve – elect to be at Anthology – where the politics of “Luscious Noise” rules and San Diego Symphony members cut loose from the classical music status quo. Attendees can exercise their right to vote by applause for their favorite artist(s) of the evening while enjoying Anthology’s outstanding fine-tuned cuisine.

SAN DIEGO – Lusciousness looms over the summer horizon on Sunday, July 15, as zombie, superhero and alien Comic-Con fans flee and San Diego Symphony members return to invade the inner space of the Anthology supper club for its latest "Luscious Noise" concert.

Prepare to be teleported to the depths of euphoria by the classical hits of Barber, Sibelius, Mendelssohn and Ginastera. Then warp speed ahead for the short film "Light Is Calling" by Bill Morrison, with a live performance by bassist Jory Herman; music by Michael Gordon.

Luscious Noise multimedia concert returns to Anthology on Sunday

SAN DIEGO – “Luscious Noise Twenty Twelve,” featuring members of the San Diego Symphony, will kick off the new year with a classical music and multimedia performance at 7 pm Sunday, Jan. 22.

Tenor Krishan Oberai and hornist Benjamin Jaber -- alongside the Luscious Noise ensemble -- will capture the world at night with Benjamin Britten’s dark dreamy “Serenade” performed in eight movements.

Violinist Kathryn Hatmaker and cellist Alex Greenbaum will perform two movements from Maurice Ravel’s dedication to the memory of Debussy – the melodic “Sonata.”
