SAN FRANCISCO -- The never-ending legal fight over anything associated with Proposition 8 took yet another twist today when the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay to halt the release of the trial videotapes.

It is yet another stall tactic by the opponents of marriage equality to keep the Proposition 8 issue ties up in legal bondage for as long as possible to keep California's gays and lesbians from marrying.
