It's the endless cycle of life: One thing dies, while at the same time something else is reborn. Eden closed last week, so right on cue, regular gay nights are returning to Spin!

Pool party season is upon us, and there's no better sign of this than the first Guys Like Us (GLU) Pool Party of 2012, coming up July 14 at a private estate in Mission Hills.

These GLU parties have traditionally been some of the best and most eagerly anticipated pool parties locally. You can view photos from some of the previous events here. Fundraisers for their AIDS Walk team, the GLU has raised thousands of dollars for the cause over the years.

SDPIX presents Get Lucky at Eden

SAN DIEGO – To get in the spirit of the season, SDPIX and Bourbon Street are teaming up to present a twist on the traditional holiday gathering: the Naughty Santa Party.

The event will be hosted tonight starting at 10 pm at the popular bar, which recently relaunched its late-night entertainment lineup.
